Ft. Lauderdale, FL- The Midwest Signature Showcase will be held at Lou Berliner Park in Columbus,

Ohio October 16-18, 2009. The announcement was made today by Fast pitch Headquarters and LDI Sports

Consulting. Both Florida based companies. “We are please to be working with the City of Columbus and

the Miami Valley Sports Foundation to host the premier Softball Showcase Event in the beautiful City of

Columbus Ohio.” The new standard in showcasing is quality, not quantity said, Joe Cotrone, of Fast pitch

Headquarters. “This is a great opportunity for top level travel teams to showcase their talents at a beautiful

park and in front of an outstanding group of college coaches, stated Linda Derk owner of LDI Sports

Consulting.”

The “Midwest Signature Showcase” will feature up to 120 elite travel teams from across the country.

These teams will have the opportunity to play in a 5 game guarantee tournament that will showcase top

notch student-athletes in front of “whose whom” in college softball recruiters.

The 31 field complex offers a unique opportunity for college coaches to recruit top athletes at one Park.

The parks easy accessibility, many amenities, and quality fields afford participating teams and their

families the opportunity to enjoy a first-class showcase experience. The Midwest Signature Showcase

Tournament will be highlighted by select Sunday games broadcast by Softball Magazine.

In conjunction with the Midwest Signature Showcase the Midwest Fall Classic will be run October 16-18,
