Dear Coaches'..........Welcome to our 4th Annual Fall Collegiate Classic.  Each year our event continues to expand.  It must be our hospitality tent for coaches.  This year it will be better than ever so I hope you stop by often during your visit.

 

This year we will be playing 16 games on Saturday and 9 on Sunday on 4 fields.  We will have 13 schools participating over the two days, some on just Saturday or Sunday and some on both days.  Since this event will mark the first actual playing date for the new school year for most of you, the "laid back" atmosphere and format should appeal to all of your players.  In addition,  this weekend is a great time to invite prospective area recruits and their parents to come and watch you play.

 

As our guest for the weekend we are waiving all fees for participation.  We only ask that you provide a game ball for each of your games.

 

If anyone needs help with hotels we are pleased to assist if needed.  Sorry we can't help with gasoline, but maybe next year...

 

Like previous years we will have a hospitality area for all coaches during the tournament.  Plenty of food and non-alcohol drinks will be available throughout the weekend.  If you have a specific drink or food item you want us to have available for consumption for you please advise and we will try to have it available. ( Hope this makes you feel like a "rock star")

The hospitality area will be open from 9 am until 5pm on Saturday and 9 am to 3 pm on Sunday.  Coffee, juices, etc. will be available for the early games.

 

We will present a trophy to the winning team, although we are not sure how the winner will be determined. We will hire a computer company to help us with this item.

 

A concession stand will be made available by the West Carrollton High School Softball Team.

 

A program will be distributed free to all visitors and we would like to have all of your rosters included in same.
